If a vendor supplies a warranty Alpha will IF NECESSARY assist you in the return, repair or replacement of an item. To return an item you must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION in writing; or by calling us at 205-324-2992. The item must be returned in the original container with prepaid shipping. Alpha at our sole discretion reserves the right to accept or deny a request for return or credit and a restocking fee may apply.
